An International Conference on Computing and Control Engineering (ICCCE-2012) was conducted on 12th & 13th  April 2012 at our Adayalampattu Campus the ICCCE is meant for providing excellent opportunities to explore the role of   technologies in the area of Computing and Control Engineering. The purpose of this Conference is to present and discuss the existing technological knowledge, share information in the relevant areas that could lead to future developments.

 GOAL OF ICCCE

  • Give participants the opportunity   to experience prominent cultural and national   features through special events, programmes and      offsite sessions.

  • To provides a broad range of high quality presentations to serve as an affordable training venue.

  • Have a successful event as measured by a suitable evaluation so that participants are   enhanced with technical knowledge and a desire to constitute and participate in future conferences.

 

 We received 1187 papers belonging to computing and control tracks respectively. 406 papers were selected under computing stream and 206 papers were selected under control Stream the session for both the days were divided in to following tracks namely:

The Inaugural Function was held on 12th April at our conference hall at 10.30am. It was presided by our beloved President Er.A.C.S.Arun Kumar and our executive council members. Dr.G.Thomas Bellarmine Prof .Florida A&M Univesity Florida gave the keynote address and Dr.Subir Kumar Sarkar Prof.Jadavpur University was our guest of honour. Our plenary speakers and Session chairs were invited from prestigious government and private universities.

The Valedictory function was held at 03.30pm at our conference hall on the 13th April 2012 . Dr.Arun Tangirala  Prof.IIT Madras and Dr.Subir Kumar Sarkar were the chief guests.

Best paper awards were given to outstanding presentations from each session. Certificates were distributed to the enthusiastic participants. Lots of positive feedback and rave reviews were received from the delegates. Last but not the least, the conference ended on a high octane note with more reassuring optimism and energy from our department staff and students.
