Asia Student Summit is an annual event is organized by International Global Network, a platform that focuses on youth capacity development based in Indonesia. This event acts as a platform for the youth across the globe to widen their perspective about education and career through study visit, company visit, and symposium. Furthermore, it encourages the youth to make a deep understanding of Asian cultures through exchange and sharing ideas, initiatives, and experiences among the delegates from around the world.

 About IGN

International Global Network is an NGO and Event Organizer MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) which was established with the aim of bringing together Youth Leaders all over the world to cooperate in social movements, business, technology and culture. Our international programs aimed at building leadership skills of Youth Leaders around the world and provide them a strategic platform to make the difference, become part of solution and a better future. They conduct the following events annually

    • KOREA – INTERNATIONAL CULTURE AND EDUCATION (K-ICE)

  Goals of Asia Student Summit 2018

 To comprehend education system in South Korea that being considered as one of the best in the world.

  • To learn how Korean companies take roles on educating society about new technologies along with its own benefits.
  • To have a better understanding about Korean cultures and society.

 This was session 2 batch 3 in which for 200 participants, 808 applications were received from all over the world in which 160 delegates were selected. The countries from where the delegates came from were Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, India, Filipino, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Turkey, Tibet, Bhutan etc. The students were divided into 16 groups of 10 each. Each team were supposed to form a Whatsapp group and give a name for the group and the reasoning behind the name. Each team should have a team leader and the group should participate in all activities.

 Our Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute MBA students participated in this program and won awards and laurels for our institution.  MD Jaffar Hussain N won the social media award. Mohana Preethi U won the most active delegate of the Asia Student Summit award. They were in the same group together named "Lucky Stars”.Kajol.S. Khanna won the Best Presenter award and her group name was "Octten”. Among the 160 delegates from all over the world our students won the awards which is an amazing achievement. Our Honourable President Sir,Er.A.C.S.Arunkumar has been a great pillar of support to make this program a grand success.
