About the Event

Department of Computer Science and Engineering & Information Technology of Dr.M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute proudly presents 10th version of Techastra this year.

In 2008, Dept of CSE/ IT embarked the student National Level Technical Symposium as a platform to exhibit their talent in various segments. Year 2018 will be witnessing the 10th edition of Techastra which has grown into full bloom since its inception. After all these successful editions, Techastra stands as an Iconic event of the department in our University with the splendid fervor.

This Extravagant event is a Perfect blend of Events and paper presentation spanning over a period of 2 days. It witnessed the enormous participation of budding engineers from multifarious colleges and schools from all corners of India. The theme of Techastra 18 will be based on the "SIMBA( Security IOT Machine Learning Big Data Automation" which adds essence to this mega event. We, at Techastra ensure that you get an experience worth cherishing and some beautiful memories to treasure forever! We hope and scope that our symposium will be an initiative to grapple various budding talents.
