MGR ASSOCIATION FOR GREAT INNOVATIVE CREATORS


INTRODUCTION:

MAGIC is a mean by which the students of the university can come along together and form themselves as an Association. The students get an opportunity to know, understand and learn about the universe. It is a window through which students of the university get to know more things. Thus the MAGIC Association proves that "Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is process, and working together is success".


AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:


  • To bring all the Students together in a common platform.
  • Provide necessary academic guidance to the students.
  • Prepare the students to face the challenges in the necessary field.

  • Provide information about career advancement programs.

  • Help the students to know the various career opportunities available.

  • Help and guide the students to become successful.

  • Help the students to have a thorough knowledge of the various aspects.

  • Make the students as real leaders.

  • By organizing guest lectures, seminars, make the students well acquainted with the latest information.

  • Create an awareness of research culture among the students.

  • All the more, to make the student's responsible citizens of society.

STRUCTURE:

MAGIC Association has a variety of Associations to belong to and all of this association gives a new platform to each and every student in the university. The following are the association which is running in our university under MAGIC Association.

Each Association is engaged by the office bearers. Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Association Convener, Mentor, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Treasurer, Event Manager, Manager (Design & Publication) and Executive Committee Member are the student office bearers of the Association. The office bearers are elected by the Chairman of the respective Association based on their interest, and performances. To continue the association's growth and vitality, every academic year there will be a continual process to select the office bearers.

ACTIVITIES: 

  • Each association will organize monthly executive meeting and semester general body meeting to review all the activities.

  • MAGIC Association office assists students in planning events with framed forms on both on campus and at off-campus locations.

  • The Framed forms (F1 to F18) are circulated among students and staff members for planning and executing the events. Based on the proposals received from the students (F1), the association chairman will review and discuss among their department faculties to finalize the events (F2) for each semester.

  • The planned events as per F2 Form for each semester will be executed by the department and will be monitored through F10 by the MAGIC Association office.

  • At the end of each semester, the ranks for the execution of events by all the department association will be published based on the performance and the top-ranked Associations are felicitated.
