Activities

The Dr.MGR-ACS Satellite Development team of 36 Students and 14 Faculties from various
domains were impelled through myriad of resources from various Industries and Technological
centres. Exams are the great way to assess the student’s progress and their learning. Test is
being conducted periodically for each session of ITCA-TSC Satellite course to etch their
learning process.
To increase the understanding of 1U Satellite (75 Students’ Satellites Mission) and to generate
more ideas on the subsystems of Cubesat, frequent group discussions are arranged to discuss
the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) of 75 Students’ satellites mission.

Thriving the young minds towards the practical perspective of a theoretical concept
on design and assembly of drone Satellite Launching Vehicle (DSLV) at Space Zone
India, a Space company at Kelambakkam, Chennai on 16-02-2022

Museums are hubs filled with information intended to enlighten and educate the curious mind.
The team had its visit to Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, BANGALORE
on 08-04-2022 intended to scale up the contemporary science and technology among the
students. The ideas and the prime role of Radars and its modules in Air fire Defence were
archived from the words of expertise from Alpha Design Technologies, BANGALORE.
