A splendid array of 57 Indian Sweets prepared by Master Chef Ratan Lal at a workshop organized by Faculty of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute University on Sweet Making was heldfor the benefit of the HMCT students.. The objective was to expose our students to traditional Indian sweets, which are prepared during auspicious days in our tradition.
