The lecture demonstration of Chef Jacob Sahaya Kumar (culinary), historian, TV Show host and the consultant, titled “ The Chefs of today – Multi-roles” was held at the College Campus on the 13th December 2011.
The students benefited much from the session as it covered the roles that they need to play and be responsible for. Sri ACS Arun Kumar, President, Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute University, took time to be on the occasion to honour the visiting guest Chef Sahaya Kumar on the occasion.
