WORKSHOP ON FOOD SAFETY – 2011

Food safety is an important area which students of the Faculty of Hotel Management & Catering Technology should have an in-depth knowledge in. The lecture session of the Chef Jugesh Arora, President of South India Culinary Association was a learning session which impacted the minds of the students much. The session was held at the College campus on 12th December, 2011.

Food safety Act, the implications of it apart from the general and particular Food safety habits that the students should practice in the kitchen and outside were covered in detail by the Guest Chef.

The session was an interactive and informative session. The lecture session helped the students to realize the importance of the subject.
