Step Up – Personality Development Workshop for the students of the Faculty of Hotel Management & Catering Technology of Dr. MGR University Educational & Research Institute University was held on the 10th August, 2015 at the University Campus.
Mr. Deveanand, Director, Maxires Training & Consulting Co., Ltd., led a journey through the essential aspects of individual’s personality, which would make people achieve the desired goals. The workshop enabled learning about the – expectations from the Hospital Industry; opportunities for Hotel Management students in the country and outside, Grooming for the interview. The workshop’s over all purpose was to empower the students to take on the professional challenges and seize the opportunities. The students were made to actively participate in the Workshop. All the participant-students were presented with a certificate of participation by the Guest trainer. Mr. Deveanand, an expert in the field with pan-India experience made the students individually benefit from the workshop.
