The webinar on ‘Career scope in Industrial and Commercial Bakeries’ was conducted on the 6th of May, 2021. This webinar was organized by the Department of Hotel Management, Faculty of Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Aviation and De-novo courses, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute (Deemed to be University), Maduravoyal, Chennai. Mr. Brijesh Edwards was the guest speaker( Managing director, Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt Ltd)
In his presentation, Mr. Brijesh Edwards exhibited a great mentorship by explaining in detail the various career scopes in Industrial and Commercial Bakeries. Mr. Brijesh also shared a lot of insights from his rich experience of over 15 years. He also explained in detail the impact of the Global Bakery Market, the different categories of bakery industry. He also elucidated the various product-based bigger bakery & pastry sectors. Further, he also illustrated the top food brands with a lot of real-life examples which was both enlightening and thought-provoking.
