The webinar on ‘Chefpreneur’ was conducted on the 11th of June, 2021. This webinar was organized by the Department of Hotel Management, Faculty of Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Aviation and De-novo courses, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute (Deemed to be University), Maduravoyal, Chennai.
In his presentation, Chef. Sekar. P elaborated his journey and gave a lot of insights from his experience. He also explained what it takes to become a chefpreneur. He gave the participants various useful tips to start a fruitful career as a chefpreneur.
