Various Assessment tools like Formative and Summative assessment methods are adapted as direct and
indirect method to attain the program outcome. Program Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes
(PSOs) and Course Outcomes (COs) are framed for almost all the programs after rigorous consultation
with all faculty and the stakeholders. The course outcomes are mapped with the program outcome which in
turn to the Program specific outcome and finally to the vision and mission of the University.

Sir C.V Raman Journal club came out with various Publication incentive schemes to encourage the
researchers. FDPs based on research Publication are organised.

For Quality administration and organisational behaviour, administrative executive development programs
organised on Universal Human Values and also on the Organisational behaviour to soar high in
productivity with quality.
