Function 8: Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities,
including adoption and dissemination of best practices.

Promoting Research through Sir. C. V. Raman Journal club, Promotion of Student Induction program
among students and Faculty members, Promotion of creating e -learning resources through MGR Digital
learning monitoring cell.

Function 9: Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its follow-up.

Based on the NAAC SOP the Auditing format was prepared and a schedule with Internal Audit experts
was circulated through the Registrar. The audit experts visited onsite every Departments and submitted the
strength, weakness, opportunities, and challenges identified by them to IQAC.

Function 10: Preparation and submission of AQAR

Data collected from various Departments through the IQAC Coordinators of the Department are collated.
After getting it approved by the Academic council it’s submitted to NAAC through an online portal.
