          Departments to achieve the outcome.

          Function 2: Parameters for various academic activities of the institution


          Various academic activities were carried out based on the parameters or criteria fixed by the NAAC in the
          form of agendas for quarterly IQAC meetings.


          Function 3: Faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory
          teaching and learning process:


          Various workshops, seminars and orientation programs were organised for faculty members viz
          Improvement in Faculty Delivery Methods, Outcome based Education in Higher Education Institutions-
          Quality Forum1, Higher Education: Ideas for a Better future, Workshop on use of digital technology in
          teaching learning process, Enhancing higher order thinking skills(HOTS) for quality improvement,
          Advances in Pain Medicine, Enhancing the learning process through digital techniques, Attainment of
          Student Performance and learning Outcome, Quality enhancement in assessment and Evaluation
          Techniques, Gurudakshta Module 1 Faculty Induction     Program, Faculty training on Student Induction
          Program-Deeksharambh, Gurudakshta Module 2 and 3 Faculty Induction  Program.


          Function 4: Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional
          processes:


          Curriculum feedback Analysis was taken as an agenda and ascertained the process of curriculum
          development based on the stakeholder feedback. Student satisfaction survey based on the NAAC
          questionnaire was done and the action taken on the points in which the minimum score was secured.


          Function 5: Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders


          IQAC invites students, Parents, local community, alumni and employers for all its quarterly meetings. Also
          publicize the minutes of meetings through the University website.


          Function 6: Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related
          themes and promotion of quality circles:

          Organised workshops and seminars titled, Learning from the Leaders: Best practices in Education Sector,
          Quality Assurance In Higher Education: Meeting the five grand Challenges, Scope and Potential for
          Extramural Research funding, Quality improvement through Spiritual Healing, New Education Policy
          2020- A Paradigm shift in Education, Administrative Executives Development Program on “Energizing
          the value-based leadership, Crystallizing the dreams to reality through yogic power, Inculcation of Human
          Values and Ethics in Higher Education, Nurturing Research and Innovation in Higher Educational
          Institution. Quality circles were framed with objectives and norms to be followed.

          Function 7: Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement


          AQAR, University IQAC meeting minutes, Action taken/ Compliances, UGC Quality Mandate tasks,
          Student satisfaction survey, Auditing reports and action taken,Conferences, seminars, workshops on
          Quality, Collaborative Quality initiatives with other Institutions,Orientation program on Quality issues for
          teachers and students, Departmental meeting minutes, IQAC Composition and Internal Meetings, Quality
