4.1.3 Availability and adequacy of general campus facilities and overall ambience

Response:

The University is spread over 300 acres. The campus is beautifully landscaped. Trees, lawns and fountains
makes the campus environment distinctly green and refresh the minds of the students. The greenery is well
maintained. Large academic and administrative edifices with open corridors and playground in the campus
invite academics and scholars to prepare students for various activities. The campus provides a serene
ambience to learn, teach and develop their personality. There is also a separate devotional hall for all
religions.

Our campus has good accessibility to wide roads. The regular maintenance of internal roads is done by the
parent society. Signboards for the entire campus are placed at all the entry and exit points. Within the
college different academic, administrative sections, amenity spaces are identified through proper signage.
An ambulance is parked at the campus round the clock. A 24×7 working pharmacy is also available with
well-trained pharmacists. The campus has ornamental plants, potted shrubs., etc., A separate gardening
team, budget for manures, pesticides and Organic Garden is allocated by the management. Civil, electrical,
mechanical and bio medical maintenance is done regularly. There are City union bank and round the clock
ATM available. In the campus a spacious parking facility and a greenery park is located.

University provides accommodation facility for staff. A well-built canteen with the capacity of 100
members is maintained in the Hospital campus which caters to both patients as well as staff. canteen is
maintained clean and food is prepared under strict hygienic conditions. We have a very big auditorium
(CONVENTION HALL) with the sq m of 5040(8000 accommodation). There is a mini auditorium (500
capacity) located in the basement floor.

To encourage cleanliness, multiple eating points are provided. First aid facilities are available in college,
hostels, etc. A well-built canteen is maintained in the Hospital campus which caters to both patients as well
as staff. Food is prepared under strict hygienic conditions. An internal courier system is practiced. Postal
help to dispatch letters and parcels are arranged. Sewage disposal treatment is carried out by AMC with
certified vendors.

The institution has a bio gas production the manure is used for indoor and outdoor plants. The institution
