       were organized by the University for teaching and Non-teaching technical staff. The University receives Funds
       and Grants from Government, Non Government Agencies and Philanthropists for various research activities.
       Institutions conduct Internal and External Financial Audits regularly. All the Departments organize Seminars /
       Conferences every year. University has evolved Resource Mobilization Policy and Procedures for optional
       utilizations of resources with due approval by Board of Management. The   IQAC of the University functions to
       the  expectations of the management and the stakeholders. The AQAR has being submitted every year.



       Institutional Values and Best Practices


       Our Institute undertakes various measures and programs to support and promote culture of respect, equality for
       female gender, and to provide opportunities and organizes programs to empower female gender to be
       financially, mentally and emotionally strong. We organize yearly programs to promote gender equality.
        We have energy clubs to initiate the energy awareness programs.  Through this club we conduct energy audits
       in residential apartments.  We adopt villages to practice GREEN mantras and we have initiated the distribution
       of LED bulbs and installation of solar panels to harvest the solar energy and utilize it for the house hold
       energy.  We undertake different initiatives to obtain energy from various natural resources.
       Faculty and students organize programs to celebrate national festivals, birth/death anniversary of great
       personalities yearly.  Events like plantation of tree saplings, environmental awareness programs are organized
       with lectures, student competitions, blood donation camps, health camps, to celebrate such days.
       The Institutes Code of Conduct lays the moral and ethical expectations on how to interact with the organization.
       There is a committee to monitor adherence to the Code of Conduct.  University has separate code of conduct for
       faculty of teaching, non-teaching, lab-instructors, and students.
       Quality is a defining element in the field of education. It is the attitude.  Quality and excellence should go in
       hand with the vision and mission of educational institutions.  Best practices add feathers to the institution, and it
       is considered as a benchmark for the Higher Education.
       We make all consistent efforts to full fill the social responsibility towards backward sectors.  We organize
       awareness programs to reinforce the downtrodden sections.   We undertake all steps to improve the welfare
       activities to an unforeseen level for the betterment of the society and to facilitate the people in the shadows. We
       mould students in the pursuit of knowledge, values and we empower social responsibilities that help them to
       excel in their later phases of life and to face the challenges globally.  We develop and design distinctive
       approaches that embark to save the society.
