          4.5.2 There are established systems and processes for maintaining physical and academic support
          facilities: (laboratory, library, sports facilities, computers, classrooms, etc.)

          Response:


          Civil work maintenance is performed regularly by the site office. The regular maintenance of painting,
          furniture repairs, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, repairs in the building, maintenance of rest rooms, road
          maintenance and plaster works and neatness of the entire premises is performed by the civil department.
          The workers are given instruction by the supervisor, the works are recorded in the log book and monitored
          by the head of the institution.


          For cleanliness, hygienic and disease-free campus environment a house keeping is being maintained by
          adequate staffs and materials needed. The staffs employed thoroughly clean the classrooms, department
          Staffrooms, demo halls, Hospital, Laboratories and the entire campus. There is twice a day cleaning of the
          Wash rooms and rest rooms. The Dustbins with colour coding for the disposal of the waste materials and
          disposals are also maintained.


          Biomedical department helps in maintenance of the laboratory equipment’s in the institution. Instruments
          installation, repair and condemning are being carried out. The warranty of the equipment’s is maintained
          well and proper follow-ups by the vendors followed by restoration of the same to the department.
          Maintenance labels that reveal the date of service & due date of next service are being placed on the
          equipment’s. Proper inspection is done and verification of stocks takes place at the end of every year.


          Physical education department works with sportive thoughts and encouragement for the physical well
          being of the individual. The head of the department and staffs conducts various tournaments and conveys
          the needs in the committee meeting. The requirements will be discussed by the committee members and
          the needs fulfilled by the Institution.

          The institute has an effective system & process for maintenance of physical & academic support facilities.
          The infrastructure is well maintained by implementing Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance of
          physical facilities. The university has maintenance committee that sees the maintenance of buildings,
          classrooms and laboratories. Adequate staff is employed to maintain meticulous cleanliness, on-campus
