          hygiene and infrastructure to provide a comfortable learning environment. Stakeholders feedback on
          infrastructure and learning resources is sought on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction. Respective
          committees carry out ongoing review of infrastructure and learning resources and the recommendations are
          integrated into the Annual Planning. Maintenance committee is headed by the Office Superintendent who
          in turn monitors the work of the Supervisor at the next level. The Supervisor is accountable to the Office
          Superintendent and functions as the coordinator. The maintenance officer conducts periodic checks to
          ensure the efficiency / working condition of the infrastructure. Adequate in–house staff is employed to
          meticulously maintain hygiene, cleanliness and infrastructure on the campus. Estate office manager and his
          team are involved in the maintenance of infrastructure facilities. Maintenance team looks after the regular
          maintenance of civil works. Team also looks after the maintenance of rest rooms.,etc. Classrooms,
          Staffrooms, Seminar halls and Laboratories, etc. are cleaned and maintained regularly by Non - teaching
          staff assigned for each floor. All the books are given accession number. Entry register is kept in the library.
