          Institutional vision and leadership


                 The Vice – Chancellor is the Head of the Institution. He is assisted by the Registrar, Controller of
                 Examination, and Deans in all Academic and Administrative matters. Under the inspiring and able
                 guidance and leadership of the Vice Chancellor, the University has achieved a balanced governance
                 and management approach involving professional, contemporary, and humanistic approach to
                 education management. The Vice Chancellor as the Principal Executive Officer is vested with
                 authority and responsibilities well delineated in the Statutes of the University.


                    Other statutory bodies like Academic Council, Planning & Monitoring Board, Finance
                 Committee, Board of Studies, Selection Committees and other Non – Statutory Committees are
                 represented by Faculty Members and stakeholders wherever required.


          Decentralization and Participative Management:

                 Considering the Geographical spread of University Campuses, Vice – Chancellor is assisted by Pro-
                 Vice Chancellors. Similarly the Registrar who is responsible for various administrative and
                 communicative decisions is assisted by senior Faculty Members in the roles of Additional
                 Registrars and Joint Registrars. Controller of Examinations who is the head of Examinations
                 Department is also assisted by Additional Controller of Examinations and Joint Controllers of
                 Examination who are all Senior Faculty Members

                 The overall Academic Administration of University is aided by former Vice-Chancellors of
                 State/Private Universities, former IAS officers, Senior Government Officials and Senior
                 Academicians from National level Higher Education Institutions.  They contribute to the various
                 aspects of functioning of University with their rich Academic /Administrative Experience.


                 The University has appointed nearly Ninety Senior and Middle Level Faculty members as
                 Directors, Deans, Additional Deans and Deputy Deans.           They are carrying out various
                 Academic/Administrative Responsibilities in addition to their Academic functioning.

                 The entire administration and Affairs of the University are being managed by a well defined
