The Department of Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology of Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute University is hosting 11th National level Technical symposium, TECHASTRA 19 in our University premises on August, 26th & 27th, 2019.

TECHASTRA is the flagship event of our department which comes up with a roaring success every year. Along with the 1000 budding engineering students of our university, more than 2000 students are expected to attend and participate from various colleges and schools across India.

TECHASTRA 19 senior event will host a number of innovative and exciting events like Hacking, programming contests, quizzing and paper presentation along with other technical and non-technical events. TECHASTRA 19 boasts a magnitude of events and promises to be one, which has an event for everyone.
