Department of Human Resource Management was inaugurated in Adayalampattu campus with good wishes, guidance and support from our beloved President, Dr.Malini Pande and Dean Dr.S. Manivannan on 4.09.2029.
Motivational talk on” Career Prospects in Human Resource” held in the smart class room phase II campus. The talk started at 11.30 am with S.Priyanka , HR- BOSCH on 20.09.2019.
Inter Disciplinary Talk on "Talent Management" held in the smart class room, The Talk was presented by Dr.S.Kasturi from the Department of Management Studies on 31.10.2019.
The Department of HRM along with MGR HR Club CONNECT feels extremely delighted in sharing the sucess report of An Intercollegiate Online Competition - Logo Design & Slogan Writing Competition.
The true aim of this competition is to discover the innovative ideas and to encourage the significance of extra - curricular activities among the youths of various streams from different educational institutions. The entire competition was organized and conducted through the HR Club Connect which is the student oriented program. We had 100+ registrants in and around Tamil Nadu. The best 3 logos & slogans were chosen by the jury members and winners were provided with E - Certificate as a token of appreciation.
Department of Human Resource Management organized CSR activity to Encourage philanthropy amongst student body, including volunteering, student – led charity fundraisers and community projects. Our department conducted CSR activity on behalf of our founder chancellor’s birthday. Our department staffs and students visited Sumaithangi Orphanage for Boys and spent half a day with inmates. Our students organized games and prizes, and lunch was provided. We distributed provision and story books to the orphanage.
The Inaugural Ceremony of the "HR CLUB " the event started at 11 am in the smart class room with Dr. MdNayeemur Rahman , Mrs .Uma Bala Subramanian Director HR Client Services Jean and Martin inc (USA) inaugurated theHR club”CONNECT on 7.11.2019.
Industrial visit was organized for the students to Chennai Port Trust on 19th November 2019 Mr.Venkat accompanied & guided the students
