Important Instructions to Graduands

Due to Government restriction to handle Pandemic problem only Ph.D Graduands and Excellence Graduands are allowed to participate in person for the Convocation. Even they should not bring their parents/spouse/guests.

The university has made elaborate arrangements to telecast the convocation programme live in the following channels

Hence, all the rest of the Graduands are requested to participate the Convocation through online mode. Please keep in touch with your respect Head of the Department to know the exact Zoom Meet ID for online participation.

After Pongal Holidays Graduands can collect their degree certificate in person from the office of the Controller of Examination or they can request for receiving by registered post.

Again a final note of remainder only Ph.D and Excellence Graduands alone will be allowed to participate the Convocation in person
