The MGR DDU GKY scheme was inaugurated on 22/12/2020 by honourable founder chancellor Dr. A. C. Shanmugam and Er. ACS Arun Kumar. Since then the project has taken off extremely well to reach various milestones. The first batch started with 55 candidates from districts like Thiruvallur, Ramanathapuram, Vellore and Chengalpattu. As the facilities for training and the standard of imparting skills became popular among the candidates, the alumni testimonials were loud and clear. Therefore candidates join in mass numbers.
