We are happy to inform you that Dr MGR PICO Satellite was launched successfully as a part of Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Satellite Launch Vehicle Mission 2023. The rocket was carrying a payload of 150 PICO Satellites, designed and developed by more than 5000 students. This is the world s largest launch event, with 150 PicoSAT satellites in a single rocket. Dr. MGR PICO Satellite was engineered to uncover valuable insights about green cover in specific areas. The team consisted of 48 E&T II year students and 10 H&S II year students.Honorable President A.C.S Arunkumar appreciated the students for their achievements.
